The Performance & Development Framework is a tool for managers and employees to ensure the organisation is continually achieving high standards of performance and service to their customers and stakeholders. It consists of the following main components:
- Performance objectives
- Organisation values
- Development
- Career planning
The framework will help provide greater consistency and clarity on what is expected of each employee through setting performance objectives to the organisational strategic priorities on what needs to be delivered and using the organisations values as the standard on how we work. For employees, it provides dedicated time with your manager for support, giving and receiving feedback, recognising your achievements and development planning.
We would work together to create guidelines, individual personal development plans, create a learning and development plan for the year ahead.
