Discovering Your Inner Strengths: Resilience Workshop for Long‑Term Conditions
Discovering Your Inner Strengths is a gentle, practical resilience workshop designed for people living with long‑term conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s, COPD, MS, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions and other LTCs.
It helps participants reconnect with strengths they may not realise they have, steady themselves on difficult days, and feel more confident navigating uncertainty, fatigue, fear and change.
Grounded in evidence‑based resilience tools and delivered in a psychologically safe, compassionate and strength‑based way, this workshop offers a space for people to breathe, reflect and rebuild confidence at their own pace.
